Payment Options
Payments for our sessions can be made on an individual, weekly, or monthly basis. We offer the option to provide monthly invoices for those requiring documentation for insurance claims or other administrative purposes. We accept cash, Bizum, and bank transfers as payment methods. Our fee tables outline the cost of in-home physiotherapy sessions, based on the type of rehabilitation and selected package.At Family Fisio, we are dedicated to delivering quality care that supports your well-being and physical improvement. Cancellation Policy
- Home cancellations due to hospital admissions or acute illnesses will not incurr a fee when notified 24 hours in advance.
- In the case of cancellations made on the same day at the clinic, a fee of €10 will be applied. This fee aims to cover associated costs and ensure efficiency in appointment management for all our patients.
- In the case of cansellations of home appointments made by the patient on the same day will incur a charge of €20. This fee aims to cover associated costs and ensure efficiency in appointment management for all our patients.
- In the event of more than one cancellation of a home appointment on the same day within a three-month period, we reserve the right to apply a full charge according to our standard rate. This measure is implemented to ensure the availability of our services for all our patients and to compensate for the loss of time and resources associated with frequent cancellations.
